Orders and Shipping
Prices include GST. A tax invoice will be supplied with your order. Logged-in wholesale customers will be shown the GST exclusive trade price.
Orders placed before 12:30PM will be dispatched on the same day. Delivery to urban addresses should be the next working day. Rural addresses may take an additional 2-3 days.
All orders above $30 are shipped FREE of charge to all NZ addresses!*
For smaller orders shipping is charged at $4.99 for urban customers and $7.99 for rural customers.
We can deliver to PO Boxes and NZPost collection points for no extra charge.

No. All credit/debit card payments are processed by a secure 3rd party provider (Stripe or PayPal). Neither us nor the payment provider will have access to your confidential details. We also offer NZ Bank Deposit as a method of payment.
We are based in New Zealand and our products are designed for New Zealand fish. If you would like to try any of our products overseas please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Australia is usually an additional $5-10.
We use Courier Post to deliver almost all of our NZ parcels because they have New Zealand’s most reliable delivery network. 95% of all parcels are delivered within their advertised timeframes, however, because we don’t have direct control of the parcel once it leaves our warehouse we are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes. If you require product urgently please visit one of our stockists or contact us to arrange a pick up from our Whanganui warehouse.
We are 100% New Zealand owned and operated. Based in Whanganui we supply quality tackle to independent tackle stores and retail customers throughout the country.
Yes! If your order is too large to fit in the PO Box you will receive a card to collect from the counter or depot. If you don’t have a PO Box you can have your order shipped to the courier depot or NZ Post Collect location. Contact us to arrange this.
